Dad had surgery early this morning. The doctor said that he was "filled with puss" and he had no choice but to attach the "bag" for dad to use for at least a couple months. Because my dad has some breathing problems and sleep apnea the doctor put him in ICU until tomorrow morning so they could keep a better eye on him. That makes me feel much better. I haven't seen dad yet (since the operation) but will be going back later today to visit him. He needs his rest and I think they are pretty strict with visiting in ICU.
