Today an actual wound care nurse came in to change dad's wound vac and other dressings. I watched and couldn't believe they actually had someone that knew what they were doing! Amazing!
Not much else. No physical therapy on weekends. Tomorrow will have to try to get an appointment for dad with the surgeon. Dad is not looking forward to going back to the surgeon because he is afraid that he will have to have more surgery and is scared that another feeding tube may be in his future. I have tried to reassure him that there isn't a feeding tube in his future.
Guess that's about it for today.
Keep those prayers going up for dad and me.
